Cinemas around Aylesbury

Odeon

1 Exchange St, Aylesbury HP20 1UR, UK – 0333 014 4501

Good selection of films. The screens are not usually overcrowded so you have a good chance of getting a seat even if you buy tickets on the door. The building itself is easy to navigate and there are clear signs telling you which films are being shown on which screen. Food and drink is overpriced, as with every cinema. There is a Costa located within the cinema which is cheaper. Overall, it is a good place to go whether with family, or on a night out.

Always a great night out at the Odeon. Still like to believe it stands for "Oscar Deutsch Entertains Our Nation", but it probably doesn't. Staff are pretty good and the place is always clean and tidy. You don't have a choice in Aylesbury but the standard is high none the less. Convenient parking right outside but the charges to go on rather late in the evening so watch out. There is a Costa consession inside and three restaurants and a pub right next door.

Theatres for Aylesbury

Queens Park Arts Centre and the Limelight Theatre

Queen's Park, Aylesbury HP21 7RT, UK – 01296 424332

Great venue with lots going on. I attended the beginners waterpainting class. Also the ballet classes with my granddaughter with the SDSD. Very nice cafe area. Staff are very friendly.

I have been going to QPA center for about ten years to do a pottery workshop and it's a fantastic place. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and it's great you can do pay on the day activities. I really love it there.

Aylesbury Waterside Theatre

Exchange St, Aylesbury HP20 1UG, UK – 0844 871 7607

Came here earlier this year to watch The Play That Goes Wrong. First time here. Amazing production in a fantastic purpose built theatre venue. If you want somewhere modern which still has a great atmosphere with the added bonus of comfortable seating, adequate toilets and a good bar…come see something here!

First time visiting this theatre and did not disappoint. The building is fabulous. Large auditoriums and bar area. Great selection of shows too. Not local to me but definately worth the journey.

Aylesbury School Of Theatre Dance
