Downstairs staff really are quite good, but bring a book to read if you need to talk to the cycle staff. I use them alot for parts etc, but oh boy are they slow. They are quite pleasant when they finally get round to serving you though.

I called in looking for a blind spot mirror because my car has an ineffective one. After '"man looking" and not finding any I asked one of the sales assistants who readily showed me the display items and I selected one for £7.99 which will be a vast improvement I hope 😊

They are prompt to pick up calls, very friendly and I’m normally soon talking to the right person to handle any quarries. They are happy to listen to my input and make commendations. While my A3 doesn’t seem to tell me much about what’s needed in a service it tells them, hence they only seem to do what’s really necessary. Having confidence that the car is being looked after professionally is most reassuring, especially as it’s now my car into its forth year and no longer on lease...

What a great service! Ordinarily things like this are a pain, but they strive to make it as quick and simple as they can. The employees are both friendly and knowledgeable, and make your wait as pleasant as they are able to. Upon arrival for a standard service recall I was offered a hot drink and biscuits, and they had all of the day's newspapers and magazines laid out waiting. They knew exactly what to do without me needing to tell them, and I was offered a replacement car for the day. They also asked if there were any other issues that I'd like them to take a look at, and promised to give me a ring as soon as my car was ready. Overall a sterling service!

Decent petrol station with all things required including air/water. Has W/C also.

Not the cheapest petrol station in Aylesbury, but it does have the most pumps available and it is easy to get to. Handily, you can set an amount limit before you start filling up, so none of that 'penny over' business! Staff seem friendly, too.

I have always liked Hobbycraft for the incredible level and range of stock that they carry. This branch is no different to the others in this respect. Don't forget that they have a loyalty card scheme. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. This branch is served by a large carpark which is free for the first hour, but you must get and display your arrival ticket.

Each time I visited this shop I got what I was looking for - wool, knitting needles, painting supplies and a fab three tiered trolly at a great priced Great choice, great value and very friendly & helpful staff. Will be back again on my next visit to UK

Due my baby anytime now so wanted a personalised taggie blanket to announce his name when he's born and this lovely lady made it the day I asked to order ready to collect next day! I cannot thank Sam enough for her patience. Ours was an insurance job due to someone driving into our lovely Laurel hedge, so there were the usual delays getting the money to repair our hedge. The day the funds arrived we were going on holiday - but she liaised with our Tree Surgeon and the trees were delivered the day we returned. We had miscalculated the number we needed but a quick call and we were able to return one of them, and were promptly refunded (with only a tiny reduction) I would use this company again - Professional and understanding. Just received my Swanbourne Gazebo. It's absolutely stunning. I can't get over just how easy it was to erect and how quickly it arrived. Happy Days!!

I ordered a wood burning stove from Jakana Trading via eBay however later realised we did not have the necessary space either side for it to meet regulations so I needed a smaller stove. Despite being out of the returns period they were happy to refund me in full. I then bought a new smaller stove from them however I was in no way pushed/obligated to do so, they immediately offered a refund for the first stove with no quibbles! All staff I communicated with were helpful and friendly. The price of the stoves are great and they look lovely - we should be fitting the new smaller stove next week and I have no doubt it will be great. Would definitely recommend!

Very helpful and knowledgeable lady in the aquatic centre. We bought our first aquarium and fish from a different shop and were not given the right advise to start with resulting in the death of nearly all the fish. The lady at Pets at Home has given us a lot of useful information which will no doubt help us get back on track and save the lives of the remaining fish. Wish we had seen her in the first place!

My dogs have a problem, they don't like other dogs, specially my Luci. I went there the other day to get some muzzle and other items to protect her and other dogs on our walks. While in the shop Luci was getting nervous, ladies noticed that and did what they could to come her down. Brilliant experience Luci was super happy we got what we needed I'll be going back with my other dog and ill be using them again.

Not very often that I am lost for words, but when we used Burgess Office Equipment for new desks, chairs, cabinets and shelves, we opted for second hand stuff. When it arrived, I thought that there had been a mistake as all of the furniture appeared to be new! It was in fact very high quality used furniture, it looked stunning. The real shock though was the price, I should really suggest that Colin could put his prices up (he would still be cheap), but then again, I might want more, so I'll keep quiet! Seriously though Colin, thanks for everything, it really has made Impact a nicer, more professional place to work.

You can even trade old item's for cash or in-store credit you will get a better price with the store credit so you can BUY more LoL so boredom is now a thing of the past but yea great store would defo recommend thanks guy's.
