Companion Care Vets Aylesbury

Inside Pets at Home, Vale Retail Park, Vale Park Dr, Aylesbury HP20 1DH, UK – 01296 487977

A minor issue (tiny thorn in the paw pad) was dealt with on the day, despite a very busy surgery, having coped with a number of emergencies on that day. Both the receptionist I dealt with on the phone and the nurse, showed absolute care and sympathy for my dog's situation, even though it wasn't a major problem. We waited less than 3 or 4 minutes to be seen. Excellent service, excellent care, excellent treatment and excellent advice for going forward. Exceptional...as always from Companion Care, Aylesbury

My Staffy, Bentley hates Visiting the Vetinary Practice. Probably like us visiting the dentist!! Over the last couple of years he has had his boosters with you. Dental treatment (not a happy chappy after that)!! However, this time we visiting for his ripped claw and lump on his right paw, he seemed more relaxed. Even whilst waiting to be called in. Even when I left him he behaved himself. My assumption is, because the Aylesbury Team, are caring, confident and organised. They treat each Pet as individuals, not just another case. Bentley had his operation and was brought home by the Vet, on his way home. late evening. He even contacted me early evening to touch base with me. I had a call from one of the nurses mid afternoon updating me on Bentleys op and that he had woken up. A cheerful, happy dog (even if he had been stubborn and ripped his bandage of) This morning I have one happy doggie, unaffected by his visit. Thank you Aylesbury Team. You are all wonderful caring individuals. Our fur babies mean everything to us.
